As a VanMoof service partner, we offer services and support for VanMoof bicycles.
We are ready to help you with maintenance, repairs and other service-related matters.
All claims on warrenty of the vanMoof 1-2-3 and 1st serie 5 are void! We only perform paid repairs to your vanMoof.
1. Maintenance services: Regular maintenance services ensure that your VanMoof bicycle remains
in optimal condition. This includes checking and adjusting brakes, gears, tire pressure and
other important components.
2. Repairs + Electrical problems: If there is a problem with your VanMoof bicycle, you can contact
us for repairs. We have the knowledge and experience to efficiently repair defects.
Note! Electrical problems can be (very) complicated, the diagnoses and solutions for the
problem can take a few weeks. Don't forget the charger!
3. Software updates: VanMoof regularly releases software updates to improve the performance
and functionality of your bicycle. As a service partner, we ensure that your bike stays up to
date by installing the latest software versions.
4. Ordering parts: If you need specific parts for your VanMoof bicycle, you can order them from us.
Whether it concerns a new battery, a saddle, a display or other accessories,
we are happy to help you obtain the right parts.
Before you bring in your repair, you must first charge your bike for at least 12 hours.
After charging, press the reset button on the bike. If the faults still occur, or charging does not work - you can bring your bike to us for diagnosis or repair.
- Remember to take the charger of your vanMoof with you!
- You also need to put your vanMoof in repair mode with a QR at our store,
for this you need your phone with the vanMoof RidersApp.
PLEASE NOTE!
Electrical problems with vanMoof can be very complex.
- There are no more parts for the vanMoof 1 and 2, we can no longer repair them.
- There still are parts for the vanMoof 3, for electrical problems we charge €100,- research costs - or the repair costs.
This is due to the complexity of the system, the (many) workinghours and materials that are needed to rule out the various problems.
Repaircosts can be quit high as it often concerns battery and/or cartridge problems, these are expensive parts of the bike.
If it turns out that it is a wiring harnes problem, we unfortunately cannot help you any further. Tis is an expensive repair (very many workinghours),
we can also nog give a guarantee on this repair.
- For the vanMoof 5 ('old' and new series) we charge €100,- research costs for electrical problems. This is due to the complexity of the system,
the (many) working hours and materials required to eliminate the various problems.
We also perform softwareupdates. There are no exceptions to this! It is possible that functions that you previously had will be discontinues,
it is possible that functions will be added or improved.

This works well for ys, then we have all the information and we already know what is coming.
You cannot wait for your repair, expecially in the case of electrical problems, repairs can take up to several weeks.
